In relation to this, children had the opportunity to go on a trip to Beaumanor Hall on the 5th of December 2019. During the trip, children took part in many exciting and engaging historical events. They learned about and experienced life as an evacuee on the home front. They also took part in code breaking activity in the radio room and World War II classroom.
