Children from Emmanuel School developed a trail for our children around the village to look at historical landmarks such as:
- The old school
- Post office
- The old church
- Servant houses and cottages
This helped our children to develop their investigation and evaluation skills, to organise information chronologically and understand how past events have helped to shape the world we know today. They also looked at enhancing their map skills by following the trails planned by Emmanuel School. Our children worked with children of other faiths and learnt about respect and collaboration.
